I want to draw your attention towards the problem of battery we’re facing in the car DL8CAW2042 bought from your automobiles ON 30/01/2012. When , I approached D.D. Motor Maruti Suzuki, Peera garhi for servicing , they brought to my notice that there’s some problem in the battery of the car as one cell is dead, so they referred us to Excide industry, Wazirpur, industrial area. There I came to know about that, the number of battery mentioned in the service book and the one present in the car is not alike. I have also found that there is some cutting in the column meant for mentioning the battery number, and the number is written elsewhere around the top of the paper. All these things were not known to us and neither were told by your company. Then the Excise industries again directed us to Krish Automobiles for the solution of this problem . I reached Krish Automobiles company and contacted Mr. Sushil Kumar, who dealt me in purchasing the car. I told him my problem but he didn’t seem to understand my problem and instead of checking their records, he tried to misguide me also and he also doubt me that may be I’ve changed the no. of the battery or the D.D. Motor company. I also given in written an application to the Krish Automotors and got it received as well. Mr. Sushil kumar further asked me in a rude manner that whether he should deal me in personal or as customer in a very rude manner. At last, I again reached D.D. Motor, who on consultation with Excide industries told me that the battery is 9 months older from the date of delivery. No solution has been made to my problem till date. Kindly take necessary step and solve my problem.
