1. Order placed on the website on 20th March 2017, at 19:00 hrs.
2. Order was for school books , and supposed to be delivered in 10 1-5 days.
3. Tried calling and writing mails, they do not answer when we are supposed to get the books.
4. The order status communicated has not changed at all.
5. Refund procedure is not explained and not done.
6. School kids have to go to school without books.
7. There is no one that will answer to our queries. I feel the money and also the time of my child to wait for the books is gone to waste
I have also I have also not received the book till now I ordered it at 2nd April but its not received till now please check for my order urgently

i placed the order ( order number 1329259 )for IX standard book on 28th march 2017 . After completing more than one month i did not receive the book . Last one month , my son studied without any book .you are keeping money form one month without interest.
i tried to connect you though help line number but your representative give miss leading information . His /her behavior is not professional.
I am totally upset with your system . As per you advertisement you give assurance to deliver the material in 10-12 days . Today completing 40 days i did not get any update from your side that when the book will receive .Now from 12th on wards i am out of station for summer vacation. if the book comes during this period who will pick up in my absence . Can i expect any reply from your side .

My note books are old because the price are more than the new note books
i placed order of books n uniform. i got the books but in it there is no book of Symphonics Ride to read 2 workbook.
I had placed my order of books on 16th april.
Still I had not received the order of books.
Please tell me probable date.
We have ordered from 1st April by online payment and it's not came yet. It,s more than 20 days.But in online payment it was saying that it will come before 18 days.If we call to this toll free no. ,then no one responds ,then we tried to email it but no response.

I have ordered my books and received
it after one and a half months by the order dates . The big mess was that I have ordered for class 6and got the books for class 2-Marathi and other books of class 4.
No one is receiving the call I had tried it almost for a month after placing my order.
Very bad service . If you had not planned it properly you should not taken this step .
