I purchased Suzuki Gixxer naked version from Aryan Autoagencies Pvt Ltd on 17th October 2017. I am highly disappointed with this agency. At the time of purchasing the sales guy Mr. Vijendra T.V assured me that Suzuki is going to provide me with a gift in the form of Scratch Card of amount Rs. 1500. Last month when I asked him about the scratch card he denied saying that "You will receive the scratch and it will be delivered to your home". Now it is almost more than 2 months that I have not received any call or any sort of communication from Suzuki or from this agency about this. I need a clarification on this. This seems to be a breach of a customers trust on these agencies. I also have proof where in the quotation Rs. 1500 was deducted saying that it is a gift from the agency where in you might get some Gold Coin or a wrist watch.
