I placed an order by a website(www.dhlhub.in) for Moto G5s Plus (Blush Gold, 64GB) mobile phone.
I paid by paytm App to their given DHL account:********19
after that, they sent me an email that my order has been successfully received and they will send the product within 7-10 days.
The order was placed on 7th Feb 2018 but still, I have not received the product!
After several follow up they are not willing to deliver the product and not even willing to refund my money.
