I am an investor in Devika Gold homz project of Devika group and hold a 3BHK unit .
Initially things were good but now there is no progress going on the site . When inquired from the site staff , they say construction will start after Holi next year

at full swing .

Even the site upkeep is very bad and the material used seems to be of inferior quality .
We were promised possession in June 2016 , but going by the progress at site possible date seems to be mid 2017 .
