I am staying in Shiva Durga PG for Gents, #90, 10th main, 1st stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore

On 14 May 2018, PG owner came to my room along with a technician of internet service provider to repair internet connection. He entered in my room for repair. Seeing his reckless and careless nature I have warned the technician to be careful inside room. Despite of my warning, he acted recklessly and destroyed my phone (Price of the phone is Rs. 11,000/-).
Internet was not there for last three days and I have complained to PG owner about this. I have enough reason to suspect that this destruction was intentional.
I like to request you to take necessary action under relevant sections Indian penal code and to help me to recover the cost of repair.
