I purchased a product ( Amkette Flash TV Multi Media Player ) from ebay via online payment (Buyer transaction details for PaisaPay ID 2********21 ) where I was also provided a code for Diwali free gift (iball headphone).

Later on Oct 28 I sent an email to the seller asking for when the product to be shipped, who replied later today. I received the product on Oct 29 in the afternoon.
Today Oct 30 morning 9 AM when tried to setup the device it failed detected.
Tried to reach the seller many times with no response. Finally, I called the Amkett Flash TV Customer care Hot line and spoke to a gentleman Mr.Gaurav who walked me thru the technicall troubleshooting and found that its a device fault.
He asked me to contact the Amkett distributor in chennai ( ALLSA MALL ) TL9 3rd floor Egmore chennai.
The representative checked and revealed the sock that I was despacthed a damaged peice. Also informed the user manual is duplicate (Xerox) and other few guides were missing.
Provided them the online purchase bills and Order statment who checked internally and replaced the default peice with an another new one.
They also made sure it worked and provided a bill which holds a service warranty for a Year.
Later the Seller (happy_deals365 / Gokul called me and showed two much of attitude, and wanted me to complaint whereever I want to.
Though I got a replacement for the faulty product ,where I underwent so much of hardship to acheive it. I had to comute in the heavy downpour to local Amkett distributor to get it.
As an effect of this complaint the seller and as well as his distributor (GNET Internation ) should be legally noticed or warned for this fraudant activity.
Hope no such customers like me in future undergo there hardship from amy online seller for what the money they have paid.
