Respected Sir,

I pardon your attention towards my problem, I Ashok Kumar resident of Arjun Park, Najafgarh Road, New Delhi-43, went to MTNL office for MTNL Broadband Internet services two years back but there I was denied to be provided the services on the basis that MTNL's server do not cover that area but I have seen a Cyber Cafe utilizing MTNL Broadband services.

Three months before I went again for the same request there I was given one form and instructed that when line man of that area will give his consent then only I will be provided with the services. The line man refused to provide the conection on the basis of load. I told him a Cyber Cafe is running very near to my home then why you have refused me to provide internet. He reply that the owner of the Cafe is also suffering from bad services and slowness, then why are you intered to take this Internert service, all the time he makes complaint that phone is dad and internet is not working properly. Line man suggested me go ahead and take wireless internet service, this is good for you and us.

Now my issue is that what is the convient and suitable method to obtain the services of MTNL Broadband Internet.

I will appreciate if you take any positive action.
