The oasis group offers a package for Rs.12500 , i attended an event regarding that. After the event the person there asked us to give some deposit to book your spot , i gave them the deposit ( after being promised that I'd get a refund if i changed my mind ) I called them the very next day and asked for a refund. I kept requesting and they kept delaying it. It's been a couple of months and now they're completely denying me my refund i called them only to hear them abusing me. I'd like you look look at this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.
