This is in regards to my new car delivery,Alto Lxi Green,white colour.Today was the delivery of my car,however when I went to take the delivery at spectra motors,Gorageon west,there was the dent on the back door of the new car.I requested them to get the entire back door changed from the company,they said that we can only remove the dent and match the colour and give,when I said that I won't accept the new car like this and I want the original company painted new door to be fitted,they denied.

I have not taken the delivery of my car and requesting you to help me in this case.
