My Nokia c6 mobile EMIE No 3553********948 had developed some problem and it was not getting on. Hence I deposited it for repairs with the above Nokia care center on 14 Aug 2012. The service job sheet number was 128433527/120814/19. The service center returned my phone after two days saying that it is repaired and now working fine. They charged me Rs 1500/- for the same. But when I tried switching on the phone it worked well for a few hours and again got switched off. After that I could not switch on my phone. I again deposited the phone with the same service centre and they told me that the phone requires to be sent to head office at Delhi. After nearly a month i.e. on 08 Sep they returned the phone saying that the phone cannot be repaired.

I am fed up by this delay and ill service. Kindly direct further action.
