Dear Sir,



Refer trailing mails.



I have booked New Ciaz Delta Car on 31.12.2017 with in 15 minutes of discussion and without taking a test drive & without seeing the vehicle because we have blind trust on Maruti Suzuki Brand.



During order finalization, it was clearly discussed that, after getting full payment, vehicle will be delivered with in 3-4 working days which are required for RTO Passing & Registration. Please refer below mail regarding the same.



I have also cleared payment of Rs. 50 Thousand for booking, Rs. 2 Lacks by 09.01.2018 & @ 6.8 Lacks by 15.01.2018 and balance payment by 17.01.2018 as I required delivery of vehicle on 19.01.2018 considering 3-4 working days for RTO Passing & Registration.



As per agreed schedule and commitment received during vehicle booking, I have requested Sehgal NEXA to deliver the vehicle by 19.01.2018. but till date in spite of several phone calls, follow-ups & requests, I have not received delivery of the vehicle. Now I came to know that my vehicle RTO passing is not yet completed & Sehgal NEXA is required 10-15 days for the RTO passing as confirmed by Showroom Manager. If I knew that at the time of booking or earlier, I will never go for it.



After paying the full payment, I am crying for the delivery of the vehicle. I am paying @ 9 % interest for the loan which I have taken to buy the vehicle & also EMI will be get deducted from my account with in next 2-3 days without getting the delivery of the vehicle.



I have planned to visit my native place along with my family during 26 to 29 Jan – 2018 considering long week end as I expecting my new vehicle delivery with in 3-4 working days after paying full payment . Now after 10 days of paying the full payment, I am still waiting for delivery of the vehicle.



I am not expecting such type of service and treatment to the new customer from NEXA, specially from MARUTI-NEXA.



Now I am very much disappointed after getting such type of service from MARUTI NEXA to new customer. I am also afraid of getting such type of service and treatment in future also.



It is my humble request to you, please look into & ensure to deliver of vehicle as per commitment & my requirement immediately with proper RTO Passing & Registration. I can not wait further.



Also confirm the insurance & warranty effective date as I have already lost 10 – 15 days to get the delivery of the vehicle. It should be effective from the Date of delivery of vehicle to the customer and not from the Invoice Date of the Dealer.



If Sehgal NEXA is not able to deliver the vehicle, Kindly cancel my order & arrange to refund me the full amount immediately which I have paid with delayed days interest charges. I will go for other options available in the market.



Also note that, Pimple Saudagar - Nexa is getting the RTO Passing & Registration with in maximum 3-4 working days from PCMC RTO. If you want I will share the recently passed vehicles numbers to you.



I am literally fed-up & feel like cheated.



Kindly take this in positive manner & betterment of MARUTI – NEXA.
