I purchased a Dell laptop. It has not worked properly since purchase. I called customer support and they put me through to Technical Support. Tech support remotely "fixed" my laptop. It got worse. This has happened more than once. This is a brand new computer still under warranty and it is fully insured. DELL IS NOT HONORING THEIR OWN WARRANTY OR THE INSURANCE ON THE LAPTOP!!!
I called customer support and they said that for a total of $225 they would fix the computer that is still under their warranty and is fully insured. They will not tell me what it is that is wrong with the computer so that I can take it to a local tech since they will not do the repairs that are covered under their warranty.
I feel that Dell has cheated me out of the money that I paid for this laptop since they WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY OR THE INSURANCE ON THE COMPUTER!!!
