in last 2months of gurantee dell c.care avoided 1st told me to scan send my invoice.complaint no.********3.after some days icontacted.no.a55666426.told to call me next day and than apologised that they cant ractify my laptops problem.i purchased their product bcos of there gurantee cover but all in vain.my service tag no.d7m86p1.i have send an regd.ad.also for them via speedpost.my next step will be consumer forum unwantidly.if they still dont satisfy me.my product is still in gurantee.iexpect from dell to meet its reputation..
