My name is Mr.P.Muthuswamy and Managing Director of M/s. JSM Aggregates and Sands Pvt. Ltd from Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. I have booked an order No.SO-TafeA-1213-02094 dt : 24.10.12, on behalf of My Company (ic) M/s. JSM Aggregates and Sands Pvt. Ltd for one No. TATA INDIGO MANZA – AURA Model with an initial advance of Rs.50,000/- on 24.10.12 with your dealer TAFE, Race course road, Coimbatore, Since my preferred colour DW of the model not readily available, it was informed by Mr.Gomathinarayan, sales man of TAFE that delivery of the vehicle will be made within 10 days.
Even after a period of 10 days, the sales man was informing, citing his manager, that the status of loading the vehicle from Pune was not known.
After the promised period of 10 days, I had lodged a complaint with TATA Motors, Vide registered complaint No.1-1********15.
Today one official introducing himself as PRO of TAFE talked to me over phone and informed me that there is no booking in my Name and after telling him that company cannot talk over phone and as its MD, I had booked the car. He promised to give me a reply, in two Hrs but till this message is sent no communication from the said staff. I do not understand why the new set up at TAFE is behaving so indifferent towards its customer and hope you will be above to sort out this issue without further harassment from the official of TAFE.
Besides my advance, HDFC bank from whom the loan was obtained, have also remitted Rs.5 Lakh towards the new car booked by me before end oct 2012.

I have purchased 4 new cars from Tata through this dealer TAFE from 2005 to 2011, but never experienced such a indifferent attitude and lack of courtesy while I have booked my 5th car with Tata motors dealer.
I specifically make this appeal to Tata Motors so that such behavior of complacency and indifferent attitude is not shown to other customers.
