I have been placed on-line order to 'viral deal web site, on 18/01/2018 as product as mentioned below for supply of 'refurbished redmi note4 lucky by chance sale worth rs 2, 749/-. Accordingly above firm has received my one line payment and order generated vide viraldeal - order [protected] on 18/01/2018.
2. Above firm has delivered the product to my home address through courier. Aramex.com vide no [43********1] on 06/02/2018.
3. On opening of product i found that wrong product has been sent to me, product available one-maxfone brand mobile and onemobile charger' maxfone is a key pad mobile looking just like a toys whereas i have been placed order for redmi note 4 mobile.
4. Company vide their invoice no dated 18/01/2018 which generated by m/s G. L. Electronic gst no 10bmtpk2597j2zl received with product.vide order id 12********53885
5. I have mailed 03 times to firm on 08/02/18, 09/02/2018 and 13/02/2018 through my personal email id: zubyraj0@gmail.com for replacement of wrong delivered product but above firm not response my request.

6. I request to you kindly take necessary action against above firm for blacklisting for sailing of wrong product and cheating with public and not response request of customer. Further arrange for replacement my product or may be refunded my payment.
