SIR,
I HAD PURCHASED A HONDA ACTIVA ON 07.09.2012 FROM GUGNANI HONDA, AUTHORISED HONDA DEALER IN BHUBANESWAR.TODAY i.e. ON 04.07.2013 I HAD GIVEN MY VEHICLE FOR 4TH FREE SERVICING IN THE SERVICE CENTRE OF THE DEALER BY TAKING A DAYS LEAVE FROM MY OFFICE.THE SERVICE IN THE SERVICE CENTRE IS HORRYIFYING AND I HAD TO WASTE THE ENTIRE DAY EVEN AFTER TAKING A NUMBER FOR SERVICING BEFORE HAND.THER IS ABSOLUTELY NO SYSTEM THERE AND PEOPLE TAKE BRIBES TO BREAK THE Q AND DO OTHERS JOB FIRST.THE SERVICE IN CHARGE HAS NO CONTROL AND NOT PREPARED TO LISTEN ANYTHING.HOW THEN A COMPANY OF THIS REPUTE WILL SURVIVE? IF THIS IS THE STANDARD OF SERVICE THEN DAYS ARE NUMBERED FOR U??? PLS,PLS GIVE A LESSON TO THIS DEALER OR CANCEL HIS DEARLERSHIP.
