Subject:-Refund of e-ticket

Sir,
I had booked 2 tickets on waiting list wide PNR Number: 4********5, Transaction ID: 0********5, Booked On: 13-12-2012 for journey by Train No: 12164– Chennai Express from: Renigunta JN (RU) to Dadar (DR) boarding date / Date Of Journey: 14/12/2012.

After preparation of the reservation chart on 13/12/2012, before departure of the train from originating station, only one ticket was confirmed for the passenger of PQWL 1 and the status of other passengers were still on waiting list .
Since we are traveling as a group of our own family members we could not travel by that train and as per railway rules also we can't enter the reserved compartment without confirmed reservation.

I had tried to cancell the whole ticket but could not do so since as per railway's new net booking rules partialy confirmed tickets can't be cancelled ,only TDR can be filed. "since the chart has been prepared the ticket can't be cancelled".

So I filed a TDR on 13-Dec-2012 ( 12 hours Before scheduled boarding time ) itself stating the only reason of option available (as passenger not travelled),eventhough the boarding time was 09.00 hrs on 14-Dec-2012.

I had not received any refund till today & the status of TDR as on today is same as on 13-Dec-2012.
The TDR status : Refund Status: Refund under Process, Refund Date: Not Available , Refund Amount: Rs.0.00Reference No: ekt2012121306416155 & the TDR filing date is 13-Dec-2012.

I had send many mails to irctc.co.in , 'ccm@cr.railnet.gov.in' , tdrprocess@irctc.co.in; 'care@irctc.co.in' ccmpm@cr.railnet.gov.in , 'dyccmpm@cr.railnet.gov.in' & I received NO reply.
