Ganga Enterprises - Delay in refill delivery

This is the third time i have booked online for refilling the cylinder but even after 3 days the cylinder is not yet delivered yet and this issue is always there and if you see you can get the status number of times i have complained.

When i try their mentioned numbers either it come continuously busy or if it rings no body picks the phone , I am expecting a permanent resolution of the above said issue and priority delivery of the cylinder , please find below the record of the online booking of cylinder refill.
