I am a provider of solutions to the print industry. I wanted an URGENT computer and in spite of repeated enquiry for immediate delivery DELL India committed me a delivery date of 4th September and till date I have not received the laptop.

I request am immediate action to this as DELL is very negligible towards the commitment towards its consumers and if this is the case i think i might need to proceed with legal aspects.

When they are very stringent that the order will only be processed once the cash is realized in their accounts, why don't they give my laptop in the committed period of time.

I know realize that DELL is HELL.
