Submitted request for partial withdrwal on 3rd Nov From Ulip policy No 05661711, Instead of partial withdrawal they terminated my policy after paying the fund value & deduction of surrender Charges.

Informed them about the blunder they had done , they took the money back & told now my Partial withdrawal will get process after reinstatement of policy.

After that 10 days are over now & i m still waiting for my partial withdrwal amount. i m having daily communication with them on mail & Phone but of no Use, everything is going in vain, there executives don;t have the contact Numbers of the seniors so that anybody can tell them.

After submission of my request 23 days are over where as normal process time for partial withdrwal is 15 days, & i m still waiting due to their Non sense processes only .
