Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Delay in getting MARUTI WagonR than promised

We have booked WagonR VXI - Breez Blue on 14.6.2010 through Spectra Motors Limited, Borivli Mumbai. our allotement no. SMLB-0013104. On date of Booking on their board waiting period for the said car was 6 weeks. Spectra Motors also verbally promised to deliver the car within 6 weeks.

As demanded by the Spectra Motors, we have also given our old Maruti Suzuki Esteem car in exchange on 26.6.2010.

Now nearly two months have passed still the Spectra motors are not committing any date for delivery of Car.

My Complaint is:
1. False Promise.
2. When not able to deliver why they took so early my old car.
3. By taking old car they have used unfair trade practices to restrict me to buy car only from them.
4. Due to delay in new car delivery and taking my old car so early when they can not deliver the new car, they have put me in to financial loss which they should compensate.

I booked my dezire tour CNG variant from on 07feb2018 Magic auto,sector 13,dwarka metro station,New delhi.i was promised by the the staff to get the car in 1st slot.its the 15thweek n till now i have not got the car.The dealer gave commercial car to others skipping my number stating that there is an issue of panic button from RTO.I have lost my trust on maruti as the dealer not listening to my complaint(complaint no-2********2).iam being forced by the dealer to sign the satisfaction letter.tollfree of maruti provided me a regional office number which is never attended when i call them at thier office hours(01146781000).iam highly dissatisfied by the service provided by the dealer whose GM also bluffing the customers by stating that the CNG variant of dezire tour S will be recalled as there is some leakage issuein the cars.My complaint with maruti has not been resolved.In future if MARUTI hikes the prices and takes away the discount i should not be responsible for that as i was promised to get the car in 1st slot(as on launching) by the dealer. The dealer is not willing to give any solution.The GM giving false informarion.i would not recommend to buy car from this paticular showroom and would like to make a consumer complaint in the court.Please refer the document attached.Thank you

I am sailing in the same boat. Booked wagon r , VXI, Breeze blue on 23rd June 2010. Promised date-six weeks. Still there is no delivery and now RNS Motors , Bangalore , are telling it will come by Sept 15, around, that toooo not guareented.
One thing I did fine for myself is that i did not give my old car before hand even though they were adamant on taking it the same day as booking. i am worried as to why such a loong waiting period without proper information as to the reason for the same. Now i am wondering is it worth the wait , the BLUE EYED BOY or is it better to switch to another vehicle. pls i need some suggestion from informed sources.
