I have booked my household of worth Rs. 1,50,000 with Agarwal Packers & Movers on 9th September 2013 from Nagpur to Ghaziabad.
They charged me Rs. 28,272 (10K more than other packers & movers) for the timely and quality service. They were promised to deliver it on 14th September but haven't delivered yet(16th Sept). I have called them more than 20 times since 14th September; every time they are saying that delivery will be done tomorrow. They claim to be a No. 1 packers & movers in india but the fact is they are not.
Now the problem is - me and my family are checked-in in a Hotels because we have given everything to Agarwal packers & movers for the transfer. Delay of everyday is costing me a lot. I don't know what to do, I have called them many times, sometime they pick the phone, sometimes not or switch off the phone.
It would be great if someone can help me to get my household as soon as possible.
