I had ordered a Micromax Canvas-4 A210 OF Rs. 13,914.00 from DEJAVU TRENDS ONLINE ON 10th January, 2014 (http://dejavutrends.com/)

And still i did not get it on 10th February 2014……And showing status "Ahmedabad Fulfillment" in the website in order details
I am following up them from last 30days…….. but they are not giving the exact idea about the shipping of my order,

I have talked to all of their executive now……… (David Anthony, MAGINA, Afza, etc...)

Every one from the customer support says that we will dispatch it tomorrow, Or need to talk to senior.
the same script they have all to say to their customer……..

Today (10-02-2014) i have called customer care to cancel my order, and now they replied, the order cannot be cancelled as it is in process and we need a week more to check the status. Here also there is no confirmation regarding shipment.
But the thing is that the order status "Ahmedabad Fulfillment" exists for more than 3 weeks.

Now i am being really very irritated and worrying about my money which i have paid through net banking.


Kindly help me in this.
