1.on 28th july myself and three other colleagues booked 3AC TICKETS IN 6032 JAMMUTAVI-CHENNAI ANDAMAN EXPRESS TO TRAVEL FROM NEW DELHI TO VIJAYAWADA
2. MY PNR NO IS 2108050921
3.THE TRAIN HAS STARTED AT 3.30 PM AS AGST SCH TIME OF 2.45 PM WITH AN ABNORMAL DELAY OF MORE THAN 45 MIN FROM DELHI
4.A TRAIN WHICH IS COVERING ABOUT 8 STATES DOESN'T HAVE THE FACILITY OF A PANTRY CAR DUE TO WHICH THE PASSENGERS TRAVELLED IN THE TRAIN DOESN"T HAVE FOOD AND DRINKING WATER WHICH IS CAUSING VERY MUCH INCONVENIENCE TO THE TRAVELLERS FOR ABOUT TWO DAYS
5. EVEN AT THE STATIONS WHERE THE TRAIN HAULTS AS PER SCHEDULE THE IRCTC DOESN"T FEEL THE MORAL RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE MIN NEEDS TO THE PASSENGERS WHO ARE SUFFERRING WITH HUNGRY
6.THE PLATFORMS ALLOTTED TO SUCH A DISTANT TRAVELLED TRAIN ARE BEING MAINTAINED TOO WORSE EXCEPT A FEW STATIONS LIKE WARANGAL AND VIJAYAWADA
7. PASSENGERS OF AGEDABOUT 60+ AND CHILDREN OF THE AGE OF LESS THAN 5 YEARS ARE THE WORST SUFFERERS AS THEY COULD NOT GET A CUP OF MILK OR A GLASS OF WATER THROUGHOUT THEIR JOURNEY AS THE RAILWAY AUTHORITIES NEITHER PROVIDED A PANTRY CAR FACILITY NOR THE TRAIN BE PROVIDED A PLATFORM WHERE SUCH FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE
