The undersigned purchased a Croma 3 G high-end tablet on 30th August from Hyderabad Airport. Within less than a week on 5th Sept with a use of below 6 hours, I observed the tablet malfunctioning. The very next day, I reported to toll free number of Croma who advised me to walk into any Croma Store for repair.
Having been to Croma Stores three times within 7th to 11th September and having kept the tablet at disposal of Croma Service for over 2 days and their having undertaken 2 on-record repair attempts, the tablet remains dead and useless. Needless to speak of encroachment on my precious time and resources.
All I have received from Croma is unending ' sorry for inconvenience caused', ' please vist our store again for resolution of your complaint'.
I hereby demand Croma Retail to either refund me the money charged for the defective tablet or issue a Credit note. I will not accept a replacement with a Croma tablet or any Croma make product. The quality of Croma products is lousy, their attitude to customer and customer's time indifferent. Till 15th September afternoon, the Croma 3G tablet lies useless on my desk. Whenever one contacts Croma phone helpline, the parrot repeats is: ..... we have registered your complaint, a Croma representative will contact you in next 24 hours.
