The Hon’ble council, I (Nimmagadda Rama Krishna,S/o Dakshina Murthy,aged:44 years) submit my brief history of cardiac disease.
a. June 30th late night I got a severe chest pain and rushed to Dr.Ramesh cardiac and multispecialty hospital(P) Ltd.,Vijayawada.
And they found MI with their investigations. After thorough discussions with my attendants the doctors treated me with Inj.TENECTEPLASE-40MG and tried forThrombolysed. On 01-07-2015, Finally I was diagnosed and treated as below:
MODERATE LV DYSFUNCTION.
RADIAL CAG: DOUBLE VESSEL DISEASE (1/7/15)
ADVISE: PCI TO LAD (DES)
RESCUE PCI TO PROXIMAL LAD,3.0 X 19mm BIOMIME AURA STENT(DES)
THE RELEVENT DOCUMENTS SUBMITED IN THIS REGARD.
Discharged on 02-07-2015 advised to continue prescribed medicines.
b. Further, I have faced the same pain and symptoms 0n the early hours of 24th July 2015 and admitted in the same above hospital and conducted check angiogram furnishing the reports to your kind perusal. Doctors said and given a report that their stent (previously fixed by them) is in good condition and all the things and symptoms comes normal.



c. On the other side I have taken a second opinion from care hospital, Hyderabad on 1st august 2015.There the doctors suspected the quality of the stent and place of arrangement and finally risk at RAMUS was almost 95% blocked.
d. At the out set, I have faced a lot of complications like chest pain breathlessness due to fluctuations in all parameters.
e. Finally, on 10th September 2015 I was taken to Care Hospital,Banjara hills,Hyderabad.on 11th they conducted CAG and concluded some complications in the stent and stated it’s started blocking passage of the vessel, since it was non medicated. And they advised that they can try the symptoms can be cured by medicines. But, they are unable to handle the issue and severity. As per the senior doctors advise the doctors concluded and convinced my attendants to replace the stent on 28th September 2015 and taken to me in to cath lab but after they arranged all procedure equipment I got heart stroke on the table. Immediately the Doctors of care hospital took a decision to conduct CABG and found the stent, which was arranged by Dr.Ramesh Babu, was protruded.
f. After a great difficulty I was saved and not yet recovered.
g. The above situation lead to a great mental agony and along with cardiac treatment I am undergoing with psychiatric treatment.
h. Which caused me to took almost nearer to death, loss of physical fitness business loss and I have one wife and two small children 1.Boy age of 10yrs 2.Girl age of 8yrs the also felt a lot of mental agony that what is happening to their father.
i. Hence I request the Hon’ble council to examine the situation and where the doctors committed mistake and help me by way of compensation.
