On 06.03.2011 I purchased one inverter and gave order for another inverter of Microtek from Anu Powers, , H no., 2-17, Hydernagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Ph. 040-40174447/********7. The model number of the Inverter is UPS - SEBz850, Serial Number 11BGWNB145407.
It was installed on 06.03.2011. On 07.03.2011 the set started giving problem of not changing over even when the power supply was restored. I immediately called them and let them know about the problem. The technician never appeared next day and when called again they sent the person next day and told all is okay with the set and some switches at the back was creating this problem and he has set it now.
The next day the same problem happened but I just kept an watch so that I do not report unnecessarily. To my amaze the set never rectified and I had to report again. The same technician appeared again and told the same old story.
This happened for 3 times and in between on trust I referred another fiend of mine to purchase the same set from them.
I told them that you please change the set as its brand new and I am fed up with it as even after power comes at night it never switches itself to mains and remains in inverter and runs on it whole night till the whole battery is drained out and inverted starts buzzing a tremendous sound.
They promised that if the set is found defective they would immediately change it.
Next day technician from the Dealer came and they told "Yes" the set is defective and I will tell the dealer to replace it. After this they went silent.
When I called them now they are up with different story that you contact Microtek and they would do whatsoever is required.
I called up the Microtek Service Centre and they told they would repair it but never provide a new set.
All my question down here are against the Dealer is as follows:-
1) When the set was found defective just after the next day of installation why they did not replace it for new one?
2) The full amount was paid but no proper service was provided and delayed the whole process, which I would tell a cheating business is being carried out by Anu Powers and making the Client believe that no problem exists with a faulty set.
3) My image would be tarnished if the set sold with my reference also starts up with the same problem.
I want the full system be changed or money be returned with interest and libel a charge of 1 lac on them for falsifying the whole process and creating mental imbalance to the Customer.
Please look into this issue seriously and take some stringent action against this dealer, so that this sort of scrupulous business is stopped immediately.
