I purchase a phone in June after one month using its display not working when I contact the customer care they take one month and replace the device after using 3 days the camera of the replace device is not working well I contact the customer care on 5 Sep after 1 month taking on 5 October the agreed to refreshment again and they said the replace device was deliver for delivery in 2-3 days after waiting 15 days I contact the customer care again now they say you have to send the old device first to them then they were deliver replace device..... now they are not replacing my device and fooling again and again customer please help me out to solve this.... 0n 5 October they were saying I have to handle the old device to the delivery boy when they give me replaced device....now after 15 days they saying first send old device then they send replacement....they are doing totally fraud you can read all the reviews on their Facebook page all customer are against their services no one was happy
