On Sep 2010, We have purchased Vertical Copper Continous Casting Machine from M/S Stoker Concast Pvt Ltd, Address: 7-H , NIT Industrial Area , Near Whirlpool Factory Faridabad, Haryana worth Rs 43 lakhs

Machine was not working properly from very first day, We approached Mr. S.K Das (MD) and Siddharth Das (his son), but they failed to operate this machine and left us in the middle of this problem, then we consulted with 3-4 famous copper consultants from Bombay, Calcutta.. Their first reaction “why you purchased machine of this technology”. After investing so much amount and time we were compelled to dismantle it in 2011 due to heavy financial loses, and now it has been 3 years and they are not ready to resolve the problems, so we have file a compensation and criminal case in Faridabad Court.
