Hi, My name is Anand, I stay in HRBR layout 1st Block. On 12/8/2012 me and my wife wanted to buy good sofa set for our house, so we went shop to shop for a good furniture. finally we came to this Cauvery Furniture which is at Outer ring road, Banaswadi. Finally we liked & selected one sofa set and dewan. we interacted with Mr. Fazal, sales manager of that shop and paid Rs.28000/- and brought the sofa to our house. To our shock, we found within few days the cushion started getting soft and there was discomfort when sitting on it. I called the sales manager and complaint regarding this. initially he responded to my calls, but after 3 days, he started neglecting the calls and upon our continuous efforts in trying to reach him he some times answers our call and gives false promises. It is so irritating, it has become one of my routine job of calling him and asking to change the furniture set or pay my money back. Today ie., 11/9/2012 I called and was discussing about the replacement , he disconnected my call.
Request you to please help in resolving this issue either by replacing my furniture set with the new one or refund on my full amount with intertest ( As per bank interest).
