i online purchase xelectron w99 tab from naptol shoping center for 26 jully 2013. After one month sum technical issue. i complaint to naptol shopping pls replace or repair my tab; he say send this product from Delhi address. 20 September 2013 i send product Delhi; after 20days replace my product but this product very old & sum other lots problem like not working charging, sound (+),( -) button, not screen guard. his shoping center chiting to me & other customer. my new product against replace old & damage. very bad service in this company. last 10 days i daily call to naptol but not any response or service. so sir pls register my complaint again naptol shoping center & help me
