Dear Sir,

I had bought a spare part(brake drum)for my Hero Honda Passion bike from Hero Honda authorised S.S.P. showroom namely "SALUJA MOTORS' on 4th of August 2012. On giving the brake drum to the mechanic it was found defective. I immediately telephoned Saluja Motors (Mobile no. ********22) telling them about the defective part. They then asked me to bring the defective part along. When I asked them to change this defective part, they refused to do so and in the process said that goods once sold cannot be changed. I would like to bring to the notice of all that these small showrooms are conning people by selling defective/substandard goods in their godown and declaring that these are "Genuine Parts" when they are not. Action should be taken against SALUJA MOTORS, G.T. Road, Hanuman Charai, Barakar, District Burdwan, West Bengal, for selling me inferior/defective brake drum.

The Tax Invoice number is:721 dated 4/8/12 and brake drum code no. is 42********07. Cost of the brake drum is Rs. 695/-
