Dear Sir,

I have started my business of Frozen Food in November 2003.At that time, I had taken a Deep Freezer from Venkey's India Ltd. against a security deposit of 15000/- by draft. After a long time, now I lost the information about the draft but I have all the legal documents on stamp paper, issued by company and mentioned on papers about the security money . I have returned the Deep Freezer on 31-March-2017 with all documents, but till now, I have not received my security deposit. Employees of the company say that they have no information about the Freezer will not issued my security deposit. But Every information about this dealing is mentioned on legal documents. Whenever I try to talk about this matter with the company person, they never give any response to me.
I am a small business man and this is a huge amount for me. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
