We are your regular customer in meerut city,we used to buy our homely item and other from big bazar. on 28 march we went to your centre at PVS mall,shastri nagar,their we exchanged some old item with discount coupon of Rs 3500,and after when we decided to buy a induction cooker, then we came to know that this item is out of stock, and then your staff gave us 1 induction cooker which was also not in a working condition, then we buy some other item with that we can't get free scheme which was mention in that product, now also your staff are not giving us induction cooker, now are discount coupon are expired and we cant redeemed our discount coupon of Rs 1500.


you are requested to kindly take some strict action against them,and redeem our discount coupon which was not expire by our mistake.
