Dear Sir,
‘Dard, har uss kamjor aadmi kaa, jo bure samay se gujar raha hai yaa gujjregaa’.
We keep on watching various real stories over TV channels presenting the victim’s pain in different forms. Also, the different negative phases which the victim & his/her near & dear faces while demanding justice in Indian parlance, where justice delayed is justice denied and it will be denied till no end.
Like I am watching Sony channel’s ‘DASTAK’ serial dated 25th November 2012 showing the pain of a girl, who’s FIR has been registered under section 326 of IPC, inspite, the accused have got the bail & are left open for committing another crime. I am really upset with the pain, which I felt while watching the pain of the victim & her family members, which is true in many segments of people in our own society. Rest feelings of mine are quiet natural & can be understood in full, while reading this paragraph by the concerned authorities.
Even, I & my family members have faced some or the other instances of such kind, hence request the concerned to take necessary actions on social & legal framework so as to avoid the happenings at large, in future. Like , Police has to more active, like the officers, whom the victim’s family members have approached, should have listen to their complaint, proactively & should have taken some more needful action like financial help should have been extended etc etc.
While concluding this letter, I would request all the readers to forward this email to many others for its wider coverage. I look forward to an early action.
Kind Regards,
James Pal
