Faulty cut size staircase step at the entrance staircase of platform No.6 and 7 of Andheri Station.A railing has been erected but the faulty 6 " wide slippery black granite step is still not replaced.The station master assured me to change it 15 days back ,did not give me the complaint book and said it would be taken care of in one week but it is still undone.Many people have fallen.I have dislocated my shoulder and was unable to earn for one month.Many old people have fractured their neck of femur(Hip Joint) here.
