yourboxindia - damaged product and online fraud

I ordered an online customised box known as yourbox (clothing and accessories) Its job is to customise the products according to the customers preference by asking questions about their likes and dislikes. I gave my preferences very well and clearly specified not to send me anything in pink or girly or in light shades. They have sent me a pink sling and an off white dress. When i mailed them about the issue nobody responded till date. And they have return policy where you can whatsapp the given no. They will change the products but when i txted them they just simply ignore even when they are online. The product received was damaged and of cheap quality and has a bad smell to it. Its been 2 months i have been waiting for the response.
