I purchased a LCD TV from KORYO company from big bajar. after one month of purchased the screen became complete black and blue, no picture is seen.i informed customer care.the service engineer came to my house and told me the TV have to replace and you will get new TV after one week.from that day to till today no result come out. whenever i call customer care they assure me to get me soon.i would like to register a FIR against the company and the personal related to that matter.i even mail the photograph of damaged TV picture and send to them. but no result found till today.
Complainant's Goal: either repair the TV or replace the TV
