i own one gas cylinder connection.i have booked for it in january.the aadhar details was u[pdated online and we also received the confirmation.when checked they agency said that there were no bank and aadhar details received hence updated them about 9 days before and the agencu said that they would give the cylinder in 3 working days fro today its been aboyt 9 days and there is no response when called to the agency or the manager just does not pick up the call .when asked the gas delivery man he rudely says that please contact the offoce and also does not provide the details ,but the gas delivery person gave a unbilled cylinder to my neighbour and said that he cannot help because we do not have booking ewhen both of us had the same scenario.


Please look into this as its been 1 and half months almost.
