This is with regards to a purchase made some time back from Homeshop 18 team wherein a Samsung camera was advertised with a Reebok watch ( Square shaped )as a free gift was advertised. On booking the order I received the goods but with a circular Reebok watch. I called in CC and informed about the same and was told that the matter would be investigated and taken to a closure and the advertised product would be sent out after some time due to stock issues. After the complaint I had to follow up many times with the department and was finally assured that the same would be taken care of and was instructed to send the watch back via TNT courier. I returned the watch and waited for the same which incidently was delivered to me after 3 weeks. On opening the package to my surprise saw that the same Reebok watch ( circular ) had been shipped out back to me and the only difference between the first one was that it had a black dial this time, moreover to add to this the watch itself looks so cheap that I would personally not pay Rs 100 to buy the same and I believe as advertised the watch itself costs Rs 2500 which does not validate the products value. I called in CC again that very day and was told that the same would be escalted and would receive a callback from the team in 24 - 76 hours. I am absolutely out of my wits as I am yet to receive a callback from the team and it has been 2 weeks since I lodged the complaint, this is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I am compelled to lodge this complaint as I am not a happy customer and hence has refrained from advising my collegues to shop with the HS18 team after this experience. I would be surprised if this compalint does make sense and have the same rectified as I am actually planning to send the product back to HS18 team and do not want anything back in return as the experience has been absolutely not acceptable.
