ICICI Prudential - Customer's no. denied to put in Do Not Call List

Sir,
I have requested ICICI Prudential executives not to call me for any ICICI products however, they deny putting the customers on Do Not Call List stating we donot have this facility.
Every day I receive 4 to 5 calls from the no. +********9800 from Monday to Saturday. When we ask for supervisors, they mention that they are in an important/urgent meeting. When we ask for Team Leaders then they say, they are out on field serving our customers.
This is very irritating esp when we are in admist of some important work. Request help in addressing this issue.
