clay telecom - Customer experience is shit!

I was in UK until my European Clay Sim card started acting up. With the only option being calling the customer care, i did that.. It took me half and hour of just getting through the number, another 25 mins for someone to connect me to the executive who i thought would help me, and all this was happening on an international number, which they were charging me for! After 10 mins of explaining my problem, i was informed that being a network issue i’d have to be patient and wait for wonders to happen, which never happened by the ways !! Terrible experience.
