clay telecom - Customer Experience is shit !!

I was in UK until my European Clay Sim card started acting up. With the only option being calling the customer care, i did that. Oh but what a task it was to get through one number. It took me half and hour of just getting through the number, another 15 mins for someone to connect me to the executive who i thought would help me. After 10 mins of explaining my problem, he just said its network issue, we cant help and it will be fixed by itself. !! Thats my very first and last impression of Clay telecom.
