Subject: my cost paid Order Reference ******** - placed on 2017-01-15 not delivered

My product has not been even dispatched till date.Status of my order on site is only "payment accepted".Inspite of my several reminders till date i did not get neither pen drive nor refund.
On mailing to jasveer singh who is the perhaps seller did not reply.
Payment was made by debit card through atom payment gateway and they have on contacting them sent me copy of transaction with amount transfered as merchant transaction id 19800/15.01.17. Rs.326/-.
Moreover once i had also requested to jishu singh of customer care through facebook but i am surprised how and why he has shown my request as "resolved" while till date i did not get my product or refund.
No contct of nearatio.com given on web site is in working order it disconnects after few seconds.
Hope this time they will listen and deliver my product or will refund my hard earn money.
