Subject: SUNRISE BATTRIES Commited crime Under Maharashtra Value Added Tax, 2002 by being not registered under the said Act as per requirement of Sec.16 and issuing 2 same dated viz 01/07/09 different bills with 2 different serial No. viz 957 & 1588.

I would like to inform you that I Shri Santosh LalChand Pal, professionaly a Business Men, residing at Shop No.2, Subedar Singh Chawl, Kokani Pada, urar Village, Malad(East), Mumbai 400 097, had purchased a battery from Authorised Sales & Service Centre functioning under name and style M/s. SUNRISE BATTERIES at Shop No.15, Shiv Bhim Nagar, Rajendra Nagar, DattaPada Road, Opp. Discovery Building, Borivali(East), Mumbai 400 066, vide Serial No. 340480, on 01/07/09 for Vehicle No.MH02-BC-9816 against a Bill No.957 and due to some reason battery is not working so on inquiry with him he informed me that they are not reponsible for the non fuctioning of battery and on request with them he issued me another bill for the same goods dated same but with different No. i.e.1588.
So its very much clear from above justification that he had committed crime against Maharashtra Value Added Tax, 2002 by using two bills for same goods same dated with two different serial no. viz. 957 & 1588.
So hereby I would like to draw your attention regarding this crime not only this he also not registered under the above said Act while actually he is liable for registration and I request you to enforcehim for registration Under said Act as per requirement of Sec 16 of the said Act.
