I transacted on line from state bank maestro debit card for INR 333.62 on 28th Jan 2015 on POS 01185008 for loyalty rewardz of INR 500 shoppers stop gift card, at that time I have freedomrewardz balance equivalent to INR 167.38 before redemption and rest 333.62 to be paid from debit card, but unfortunately due to system failure from merchant's end the transaction ended abruptly before INR 333.62 debited from my SB account. later on I registered complain PG42********66 for INR 333.62 to be credited in my account but on 5th feb'15 I received sms as the above complain has attended and close after resolution as " MERCHANT CONFIRMED TRANSACTION AS SUCCESSFUL" whether my points are remaning intact in my freedomrewardz account and no deduction being done for that shoppers stop gift card redemption transaction. In the meantime two successful mobile recharge of INR 60 and INR 120 took place from my account. Therefore, immediately credit INR 333.62 in my SBI account by informing me accordingly.
The above situation is a gross mistake from FreedomRewardz.
Please settle the matter at the earliest
