i taken mts data card no. ********24 from krishna nagar (east delhi) outlet. i paid total bill on 9 june at said outlet and given a request to close this connection. next day i confirmed by phone that connection is closed or not, so he said i sent the request and it will today.
next month i received a bill of 850/-. i visited again said outlet. he said i sent mail but i don't know that where is the problem. i look in this matter and this time it will close.
i tried so many times by customer care no., but they are not taking request to close this no. first of all they picked the call at least after 15 minutes.
i sent a mail to customer care of MTS and nodal officer but i did not receive any solution from their side.
on 17 july i got mail from customer care that i raised request to close this no. request no is (r12-48039522) it will processed by 24-7-12.
i never used this data card from 9 june
i received a new bill of 1850/- on 6 august. recovery agents are calling on regular basis and they are using unprofessional language.
please help me
