I was cheated by Country vacations for 1 lakh rupees and I see this entire episode and it is an organized fraud by misleading customer with fake offers and lies. Initially customers even not aware what this presentation about, so think these guys telling something which will be useful but in reality it's just cheating using Country club name. I sent complaint via email to customer care and response team and also given a written complaint signed at Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad office on 2-Mar and so far no action taken. I demanded refund on grounds of misleading offers given by Country vacations sales team on 25,000 travel voucher redemption, 36 months EMI, and plot was not shown to me which they promised to allot. Now I see new charges on name of development which was not told during sales presentation.

All the mentioned issues based on my experience and clearly proves that this is an organized fraud and cheating by Country vacations.
Country vacations sales team adopt some techniques to trap customer like this.

1) They isolate customer by telling about mobile jammers and ask to switch-off my mobile phone. This is to get customer attention for brain wash of Sales pitch and to avoid they getting any piece of advice with their friends, relatives or legal experts before sign-up these kind of offers.

2) They did entire sales pitch using a rough paper and not used any printed brochures with pricing and offer, service details which is illegal and no transparency on pricing and services. And customers will believe these offers are genuine. No customer knows the offers given to others and these offers are not uniquely priced.

3) They start offers with 4 lakhs and slowly start reducing the price at each stage saying special offers, so customer some point of time customer will think the price was greatly reduced. They also tell only 50 families selected and offer is only valid that day and will expire following day which is false and a complete lie. Same scheme has been running for several years and whole purpose is to force customers to take immediate decision on the spot without giving any room for verification of this company or to get an advice from legal expert before signing the contract / agreement. Because the whole purpose is to cheat and mislead customers.

4) They lie blatantly about cancellation and refund policies during Sales presentation and told that money will be refunded if customer is not happy with service and they failed to fulfill offers given during the sales presentation. Haven't told clearly about annual maintenance charges, hidden development charges.

5) They don't tell about agreement initially and terms and conditions in that. They bring this agreement / contract to sign only after you have paid money and ask you to sign it. They don't read and explain terms and conditions about refund policy, maintenance charges and plot development charges etc.,. When you question about agreement, first they will tell this is a standard agreement to show that they are offering plot and make you believe that point strongly. They won't let you read it and show hurry to sign the document urgently. Contract terms and conditions are totally different than what they have spoken earlier, we believe on their words rather than contract.

6) They lie about 36 months EMI or longer EMI to pay money. But won't process this later.

7) Post sales customer service is horrible and they won't try to understand your problem when I approached. They simply say refund is not possible. Means before they read your compliant letter and verifying the facts and misleading offers given by sales team, they say no refund which indicates it's a planned trap.

I request customer / response team to review my complaints and address my concerns immediately. There is nothing like non-refundable on earth without giving membership or plot and other services as explained and simply sitting on my money. I will take this to all possible forums to expose this fraud scheme.
