1. please refer my complaint dated 14-09-2017 to mukhya post office rspura and copies to following all delivered through registered posts.

I am approaching to your office for justice which is forcefully being denied to a registered agent working with elite POSTAL SERVICE since 1990 .I am registered agennt with agent number A 1151 since june 1990 , am BALDEV SINGH chowdhary residence of RSPURA (181102) and have been religiously serving the nation through postal policies since 1990.

2 i am a senior citizen of this nation and through the past three decades (28years) i am providing service in the postal office of RS PURA mukhya dak ghar ranbir singh pura from the time it was only single window post office .
3 i hve witness transformation of post office in my region but offlate i am facing extreme discrimination and favouritism in our POSTAL OFFICE( MUKHA DAK GHAR RSPURA) IN which the present post master is not allowing few agents including me to enter inside post office and not allowing us to work without valid reasons and giving work to only one or two agents for monitory gains for which we have proofs.

4 to the extent we have been threatened and have been mentally harrassed and had been abused and has been so harassed that my family life and livelihood has suffered a lot by this top to toe currupt post master .
5 i have written official letter to him but he openely tell to all staff that such letters are thrown in trash bins and he has high contacts in postal departments and the cut of the money goes to all so nothing will happen to him and his allies.

6 i wish to ask the follwing for ur kind consideration
- why i am not allowed to work in mukhya dak ghar
- why only few agents are working in that post office
- why no effort is made to organise a meeting of all agents to pass instructions in writing if any such order exists.
- why no direct customer is entertained in post office and if a customer approaches it is given to favourable agents ( check record for proof )
- why from 28 years i was allowed to work now ordered not to come inside post office .
- why no responce is given to me in writing despite writing to all officials
- why not even a single effort has been made to call me or contact me for redressal of issues
- why no cctv or complaint register is there in offices to register or record the ill doing of staff

7 it is approached to your estemmed chair that few blots in this organisation may lead to un repute of full organistation .
8 i request you to pl order a inquiry on this report and send a reliable neutral officer to find out the ill doings of this post master who is miss using the trust and power bestowed upon him by the organisation

9 thanking you in anticipation and also thinking that my complaint will be welll heard in the departmrnt or else i will be forced to quit my services along with few other agents and approachlegal body jurisdiction.
